You have three payment methods:

  • Payment by bank card: redsys platform
  • Pay Pal
  • Bank transfer. In this case, until receipt of the amount on account, the order is not prepared. If after 48 hours it has not been received, the order is canceled. In addition, to speed up the shipping process using this payment method, we inform you that you can send us the payment receipt by email to hola@bonicainlove.com, indicating the order number to the subject and attaching the receipt so that we can prepare the order as soon as possible.

Once the item of clothing has been sent to the customer, it is not possible to cancel or modify the order, but only the return, with the procedures indicated below. Clothes can be returned without reason justifying it as long as they are in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels.

Bonica in Love reserves the right to refuse the return of garments which are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the customer or which are returned outside the established period. In case of change of the article or the size, the garment will be returned with the payment of the amount of the purchase, and you will have to place a new order with the article (and / or the size) that you want.

The return period, for whatever reason, is 15 days after receipt of the item of clothing. Before these 15 days have passed, you must tell us so that we can manage it and as explained in the following point.

 

You must complete this form (download it from this link) and send it to email hola@bonicainlove.com or print it to send it with the garment. This step is essential for us to process the return.

To make the return, you must:

  • Include the return form in the shipping package (unless you sent it by email),
  • Indicate in the sender the name of the person who placed the order,
  • Indicate the pick-up time by e-mail, as well as any information we request.

Once you have indicated the return by email, we will inform our transport agency that within 1 to 3 days, you will collect the package at the address indicated. All you have to do is pack the garment in the
package and the courier will pick it up. We will send the mail to the address indicated and at the time you indicate. As soon as we receive it and check that everything is correct, we will make the return. The
reimbursement of the amount in the same payment method as that in which you made the purchase.

 

In less than 6 working days from receipt of the item of clothing, we will send you an email with confirmation of the return and the procedure to your bank or paypal (depending on the method of payment you have made) for the reimbursement of the amount. From this moment, the effective repayment period for this amount will depend on your bank or paypal.

Currently, shipments are destined for the peninsula, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. And in Europe.

Expeditions to the peninsula:

  • Shipping costs are € 4.99.
  • They are FREE from 55 €.

Shipments to the peninsula have an estimated reception period of 24/48 working hours from receipt of payment (in the event of a bank transfer, it is estimated that receipt of payment will be 2 or 3 working days). Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following day. Saturdays and Sundays, there are no shipments. If the course duration is longer due to exceptional circumstances, we will notify you.

Shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands take between 4 and 7 days.

In the Canary Islands:

  • Shipping costs are € 7.99.
  • They are FREE from 100 €.

In the Balearic Islands:

  • Shipping costs are € 5.99.
  • They are FREE from 100 €.

In Europe (between 5 and 10 days depending on the country):

  • Shipping costs are € 8.99.
  • They are FREE from 100 €.

The order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package. At the time of receipt, you can check how it happened, and if you see an anomaly or error, tell the carrier to write it on the delivery note, this will facilitate the resolution of any possible problem with shipments.
